자원봉사
KKOOM은 지원하는 아이들의 삶에 일관성과 안정감을 제공하고자 노력합니다. 아이들은 주변 사람들의 잦은 변화에 민감하게 영향을 받기 때문에, 외부 자원봉사자에게는 대면 봉사 기회를 일반적으로 제공하지 않고 있습니다.
미국 풀브라이트 자원봉사자
Since our co-founders were Fulbright English Teaching Assistants (ETAs), we’ve maintained a long-standing relationship with Fulbright Korea and the Korean-American Educational Commission (KAEC). Because of this trust, in-person volunteer opportunities are typically only offered to Fulbright grantees, who undergo rigorous training, government background checks, and a competitive application process as part of their program.
Being able to work closely with KKOOM and the children’s homes it partners with was an absolute honor and privilege. To be surrounded by so many passionate and caring individuals is a rarity. I’m just glad I got the chance to do this work alongside the amazing people who started it (and continued it throughout the years).

풀브라이트 자원봉사 기회 유형
While we began with Fulbright volunteers organizing our holiday parties, we’ve expanded opportunities in recent years. While not an exhaustive list, here are a few ways U.S. Fulbright ETAs can get involved. Please note, opportunities might change from year-to-year based on organizational needs and capacity.
기금 및 연구
우리 팀을 지원하기 위해 기금 신청서를 작성하고 새로운 모금 기회를 연구하여 옹호 활동을 강화하고 인식을 높입니다.
행사
캠프나 일일 활동과 같은 대면 행사에서 자원봉사자로 참여하고, 연례 크리스마스 파티의 조율 및 계획을 돕습니다.
소셜 미디어
Canva 디자인 기술을 활용해 KKOOM의 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 위한 매력적인 게시물, 릴스, 캠페인, 스토리를 만듭니다.
GEM 프로그램
GEM 프로그램 코디네이터와 함께 프로그램 및 이벤트 개발, 연구 지원, 대면 이벤트 참여 등을 돕습니다.
미국 풀브라이트 소속이 아니신가요?
비록 저희가 직접 참여하는 자원봉사 기회를 제공하지 않지만, 기부금 작성, 번역, 사진 촬영, 영상 제작 또는 특별한 자원과 네트워크를 가진 분들의 지원은 언제든지 환영합니다. 돕고자 하는 자세한 내용을 알려주시면, 적합한 기회가 있는지 함께 살펴보겠습니다.
